Dr. Haugen grew up in Clinton, MN and attended high school at Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley. He completed his undergraduate studies at Northern State University and Minnesota State University Moorhead. He then received his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University. In his free time, Dr. Haugen enjoys hunting, fishing, and Rox baseball. Dr. Haugen and his wife, Amber, are very happy to be back in the area providing chiropractic care for the community.
Dr. Haugen has had the opportunity to work in many different types of clinics. At Hopkins Health and Wellness Center he worked closely with Physical Therapists and Massage Therapists designing wellness programs for patients. While at Morris Chiropractic Clinic he had the opportunity to work with patients in a rural setting. Bringing wellness care to rural communities is Dr Haugen's passion.
Dr. Haugen uses a "whole person approach." This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any
disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at
the time) and make any interventions and lifestyle adjustments
that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Haugen is able to help you accelerate and/or maintain your journey to better health.
